I am a goal-driven Agency Owner highly skilled in promoting services and adept at building strong client relationships. We take pride in our service that we provide to our customers and future customers, giving them straight forward information on our insurance as well as a guarantee of exceptional customer service and claims experience. 

I have been with American Family since 2014, when I started as a sales manager's assistant, grew to a training role as an Operations and Process Specialist, who helped to make agency operations more fluid, effective and efficient. I trained new agents as well as new agency team members and was lucky enough to get an opportunity as an agency owner in 2022. My team consists of Charlene Parker, who has been in the industry for 30+ years, once owning her own agency. Her pride is her service to her customers and wealth of knowledge that she provides to me and our customers.
