The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation is dedicated to transforming lives by supporting children with physical disabilities and their families throughout New Mexico. Our mission is simple yet profound: to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive, dream big, and reach their full potential.

For more than six decades, we have stood alongside families facing extraordinary challenges, providing hope through innovative programs, financial assistance, and community-building initiatives. From funding life-changing medical care at the University of New Mexico Carrie Tingley Hospital to offering adaptive recreational programs like Camp Adventure, wheelchair basketball, and adaptive cycling, we create spaces where children can discover independence, joy, and belonging.

Through our Patient and Family Assistance Program, we help families overcome barriers by providing essential equipment, home modifications, and transportation support—needs often not covered by insurance. Our Quality of Life Program fosters inclusion and confidence through sports, arts, and outdoor experiences, while our Hospital Program invests in cutting-edge technology and research to advance pediatric care.

At Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation, we believe that disability should never define possibility. With compassion and community at our core, we work tirelessly to empower children and families to live life without limits.

Join us in making a difference—because every child deserves a future filled with hope and opportunity.
