Pierce Creek is the brainchild of Pierce Creek Cattle Company, a fourth-generation farm in Lonedell, MO, and the operators of The MOObile Food Truck. The Creve Coeur location, which opened in mid-July 2025, offers an array of local products, including pasture-raised beef with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. Pierce Creek's motto is "as local as possible". The restaurant, deli, bar, bakery, butcher, and market all offer locally-sourced products.
