Clay County Children’s Services Fund (CCCSF), located at 7001 N Locust Street, B-207, Gladstone, MO 64118, was established in 2017 following the passage of a voter-approved one-quarter cent sales tax, authorized under Missouri statutes RSMo 67.1775 and RSMo 210.861. The Fund is overseen by a nine-member board of directors appointed by the Clay County Commission, and is dedicated to administering resources and ensuring responsible allocation of funds that support the needs of children and youth throughout the county.

CCCSF awards grants to local organizations that provide essential services aimed at protecting the safety, mental health, and overall well-being of children and strengthening families. These services may include counseling, family support programs, temporary residential care, and other vital initiatives outlined in state law. Through strategic funding and partnerships, CCCSF works to ensure that children and families in Clay County have access to the support systems they need to thrive.
