The Alzheimer’s Association Oregon & Southwest Washington Chapter is committed to providing care, support, and hope to individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Serving all 36 counties in Oregon and the Washington counties of Clark and Skamania, our chapter offers expert guidance, educational resources, and compassionate services tailored to the unique needs of our local communities.

We are proud to be part of the nationwide Alzheimer’s Association, the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. Our mission is to lead the way to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia by accelerating scientific research, promoting early detection and risk reduction, and enhancing the quality of care and support. Locally, we offer a 24/7 Helpline, support groups, education programs, and community events to empower caregivers, families, and individuals living with dementia. Together, we advocate for lasting change and work tirelessly toward our vision of a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.
