The store is the collaborative effort of Matt and Kelly Joyce, longtime residents of DeLand with deep ties to the local community. Matt, a fourth-generation builder and founder of Empire Custom Builders, has completed hundreds of custom homes, renovations, and commercial projects, earning accolades including the Parade of Homes "Grand" Award and “Best General Contractor.” Kelly, a dedicated mom and community advocate, manages the store’s day-to-day operations and brings a welcoming, personal touch to every customer experience. Together, they’ve created more than just a store; they’ve built a place that reflects their passion for quality, craftsmanship, and community.
