At Barham Cattle Company & Family Farm, we are committed to raising high-quality, pasture-raised meats while nurturing the land that sustains us. Located in Kearney, Missouri, our family-operated farm embodies four generations of dedication to ethical farming and environmental stewardship. With a deep-rooted belief that healthy soil leads to healthy food, we prioritize regenerative practices that enrich the land and support animal welfare. Our cattle, chickens, pigs, and other livestock are raised on open pastures, free from antibiotics, hormones, and GMOs, producing clean, flavorful meats you can feel good about.
Our partnership with Fair Share Farm reflects our shared values of sustainability, soil health, and community support. Founded by Tom Ruggieri and Rebecca Graff, Fair Share Farm has evolved from a CSA vegetable subscription into a producer of handcrafted, fermented foods made with organic vegetables grown in Missouri soil. Fermented with simple ingredients and traditional culinary methods, their products, such as green kimchi, sauerkraut, and escabeche are rich in natural flavor and live cultures that promote gut health. By offering these artisanal ferments alongside our pasture-raised meats at our farm store, we’re proud to provide customers with wholesome, locally produced foods that reflect the integrity of our land and the values of our farm family.
