Hoffman's D'Creamery is a locally owned and operated business founded by Dallas and Lisa Hoffman. After relocating from Nebraska, the couple settled on a horse farm just outside of Kearney, Missouri in 2010. With a passion for culinary creativity and community, they established D'Creamery as a place where bold flavors, family traditions, and local partnerships come together.
Dallas finds joy in two things, drag racing motorcycles and crafting unique, flavorful dishes, and he brings that same energy to the menu. Our culinary team, rooted in Midwestern values and seasoned with experience from kitchens across the country from New York to Texas, Arkansas to Las Vegas, delivers a diverse menu that sets us apart. Signature items like our Southern-inspired house-smoked BBQ and our beloved family-recipe burger, affectionately known as “Gump’s Burger” (named by our granddaughter Adeena), reflect the heart behind every meal.
At D'Creamery, dessert is just as special. Our hand-made ice cream is crafted in-house by Dallas himself, and the dessert case is always filled with scratch-made baked goods lovingly prepared by our mom, Dee Hoffman.
We are proud to support our local community by sourcing fresh ingredients from nearby farms, including meats from Farm Fresh Meats in Kearney and eggs from Frazier Farms in Holt. At Hoffman's D'Creamery, we’re more than just a restaurant, we’re a family sharing our table, our recipes, and our roots with you.
