I'm currently the only Certified Texas Residential Leasing Specialist in Van Alstyne.  I have taken over  35 hours of training to become confident and knowledgeable in Texas Residential Leasing.  I help protect landlords by ensuring the leases are written to clearly state what the tenant and owner needs to do with regards to the property.  I help protect the landlords asset.  When I represent a tenant, I make sure that they get their deposit back by doing a thorough inventory form (I've had over 112 pages of pictures).  I make sure that everything is spelled out clearly and there are no ambiguous terms for the tenants.
