I have experience as a consultant and as the Director of Human Resources of a large forest products company. As a consultant, I have designed and presented hundreds of seminars and coaching programs. I am also the author of two books, “Ready Aim Change—a Toolbook for Managing Personal Change” and a stress management book, “When Stress is Eating at You, Just Bite Back.”
Our Intensive Coaching and Training Programs include an organizational assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses and then to design specific performance interventions through intensive leadership coaching to substantially increase the bottom line of a department or organization.

1) Information on an INTENSIVE COACHING AND TRAINING PROGRAM, in late 2000 we completed this program at the Troy Mine in northwest Montana. We can send you information that verifies our effectiveness. The Total Ore Mined showed that we were able to praoduce at the mine shows a 53% increase in production over the 12 months we were there and we left them trending upward. The Revett Minerals is from their webpage (Revett is Troy Mine’s parent company), and it will show that in the last quarter of 2007, the mine lost $6.5 million and by the first quarter of 2008, the mine made $1.9 million. So, in the first four months we were there (our project started in December 2007), we are able to attain these types of results. A Missoulian article, from a local newspaper, references a quote by Carson Rife, Revett’s VP of Operations stating how effective he thought the program was/is. 2) Information on a SAFETY PROGRAM we can implement using instruments to identify safe and unsafe behaviors and then influence people toward safety. The information shows the results for reducing accidents and work comp claims by implementing this program.
3) Information on the ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS we can implement in your organization. We can implement instruments for better hiring decisions or for development and teamwork. Either way, typically, turnover is reduced and promotion decisions are more effective. I can give you a free instrument to evaluate these programs if you are interested.
4) Information on the COACHING PROGRAMS we offer. These are designed to work with the individual to increase their effectiveness, whether it is to enhance already effective performance or correct some deficiencies. We have structured these programs to be designed to work with one individual or to combine the coaching with intensive training and then to work with several supervisors.
5) Information on what we call “QUICK TOPICS;” these were designed for presentation to workers in a quick format so they can receive the information without interrupting the flow of production. We make a quick presentation and then we are available to answer questions and to give more information during break, at lunch or while the person is working.
