The Gunnison Valley Regional Housing Authority (GVRHA) is dedicated to creating and sustaining affordable, high-quality housing throughout Gunnison County. Our mission is to advocate for, plan, and provide housing solutions that help maintain a balanced and thriving community. We believe that everyone who wishes to live in the Gunnison Valley should have access to a home that fits their needs and budget, allowing our residents to fully enjoy all that this special region has to offer.

Formed through a partnership among Gunnison County, the City of Gunnison, and the Towns of Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte, GVRHA serves as a collaborative resource for the entire valley. We manage and promote affordable housing programs, connect residents with opportunities, and support long-term planning efforts to ensure a diverse and sustainable housing market for generations to come.
