Roseberry B&B
Home

Nestled in the heart of uptown Susanville, California, Roseberry House Bed & Breakfast is a historic retreat built in 1902. Originally opened as The Grand Treehouse, the home was later renamed Roseberry House in honor of its early owners, who played a significant role in its history. The property, after being closed from 2020 to 2025, was purchased by its current owners, whose family has deep roots in the Susanville area dating back to 1864. With a rich heritage as early logging families and ranchers in Willow Creek Valley, the owners are dedicated to offering a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Inspired by a cherished stay at a bed & breakfast in Alaska, the current owners envisioned Roseberry House as a place where travelers can enjoy a personalized and unique experience. Guests can relax in a cozy, historic setting while enjoying modern amenities, delicious breakfasts, and attentive hospitality. Every room is thoughtfully designed for comfort and intimacy, accommodating couples, families, and solo travelers alike.

At Roseberry House, history, family, and exceptional hospitality come together to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether visiting for a short getaway or an extended stay, guests are invited to experience the charm and character of this historic Susanville landmark and make lasting memories during their stay.
