Dunes Hospice began its journey in 2014 with a heartfelt mission to bring comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to patients and their families during life’s most tender moments. From caring for our very first patient to earning ACHC accreditation just months later, our commitment to excellence and empathy has never wavered. What started as a small, dedicated team of three has flourished into a family of over 100 professionals serving twelve counties across Northwest Indiana through our Valparaiso and Plymouth offices.

Every day, our team upholds the same core belief that inspired our beginning: people come first. Through personalized care, emotional support, and genuine compassion, we strive to make every moment meaningful for those we serve. Dunes Hospice continues to grow, but our foundation remains unchanged providing exceptional hospice care guided by integrity, love, and respect for each patient and their family.
