Mighty Oaks Foundation thrives on the belief that every warrior deserves a path to healing and purpose. Rooted in Montgomery, Texas, our mission is to serve military and first responder communities who have faced immense challenges, offering intensive peer-based discipleship programs, outpost gatherings, speaking events, and resiliency workshops. With tailored programs for men, women, and married couples, participants experience a fully sponsored journey covering meals, lodging, and travel so they can focus entirely on their recovery and growth. By providing a supportive environment, Mighty Oaks empowers individuals to reconnect with their purpose, build resilience, and cultivate lasting personal transformation.

Founded by Chad Robichaux after his own battles following service in Afghanistan, Mighty Oaks grew from a small circle of veterans in Colorado into a nationwide network of support and mentorship. Guided by faith, personal experience, and a commitment to peer-to-peer healing, Chad and his wife Kathy have expanded Mighty Oaks to multiple locations, including Texas, Virginia, and Ohio, impacting thousands of service members along the way. Today, with over 6,000 alumni, Mighty Oaks continues to be a trusted resource for resilience, spiritual guidance, and empowerment, ensuring every warrior and their family has the opportunity to heal, thrive, and share their strength with others.
