Since 1918, our organization has empowered Coloradans to overcome personal and economic barriers through education, training, and job placement. Each year, we provide life-skills training and career development resources to more than 127,000 individuals across the state including veterans, seniors, youth, and those with disabilities or other employment challenges. Our work is sustained by the generosity of our community through donations, retail sales, and local partnerships, all of which support our mission to help people achieve lasting independence and success.
