At Goodwill of Colorado in Woodland Park, we are driven by a simple yet powerful vision: to transform lives through opportunity. Since 1918, our organization has empowered Coloradans to overcome personal and economic barriers through education, training, and job placement. Each year, we provide life-skills training and career development resources to more than 127,000 individuals across the state including veterans, seniors, youth, and those with disabilities or other employment challenges. Our work is sustained by the generosity of our community through donations, retail sales, and local partnerships, all of which support our mission to help people achieve lasting independence and success.

As a proud 501(c)(3) nonprofit and part of a larger network of independent Goodwill organizations, Goodwill of Colorado combines social enterprise with impactful community service. Under the leadership of President and CEO Karla Grazier, we offer a wide range of professional services such as janitorial, laundry, and document imaging to reinvest in our mission. Guided by values like integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, our Woodland Park location is committed to meeting the unique needs of our community while upholding the legacy of our founder, Melissa Briggs. With every donation, purchase, and partnership, we help unlock potential and create brighter futures for Coloradans from all walks of life.
