Town of Youngtown Government

The Town of Youngtown is dedicated to providing safety, security, opportunity, and a small town environment in which businesses and residents can thrive in Youngtown and in the west valley. We are governed and operate under a "Council/Manager" form of government.

Our staff includes the Mayor, Michael LeVault, Vice Mayor, Charles Vickers. Council members: Kathryn French, Mike Francis, Karen Haney Duncan, Jodi Kaczynski and Town Manager, Brian Stutsman.
