Begin Again Yoga's 2025 Yoga on the Flower Farm
Description
Join us for a beautiful, mind and body healing yoga session next to the flower garden. Let the hustle of life fade away while you take in the beautiful sights on the farm. Bethany with Begin Again Yoga will lead you through a 60-minute yoga practice to awaken the body through mindful movement and breath work. Enjoy tranquil, beautiful views of the Cottage Garden and flower fields in the idyllic Iowa countryside. In addition to yoga, guests will have the opportunity to tour the 22-raised bed Cottage Garden, and the one-of-a-kind Willow Cottage & Garden, a beautiful custom-made cottage with a beautiful garden, including a fountain and 16-foot flower tunnel. After class feel free to explore the farm and relax.
If you'd like to extend your morning on the farm, we will host an optional u-pick bouquet making experience after class. Guests who elect this add-on option will be provided a pint jar filled with water, and we will set you loose in the flower fields to cut a bouquet to take home. Pre-order now as part of your ticket, or purchase the u-pick experience the day of the event.

Please bring a yoga mat, layered clothing, and a water bottle. Some extra mats will be available to use, but on a first come first serve basis. Visit Bethany's website at www.beginagainyoga.com to learn more about her practice.
Our farm is NOT open to the public except for special events, so this is your chance to visit the farm for this unique experience.
NOTE: We will not email tickets to you, upon order confirmation, your name will be added to our attendance list. We will send an email with all the "what to expect" details a few days prior to the yoga session. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you are unable to attend, feel free to gift your ticket to a friend (just be sure they use your name to check in).
