Free computer classes offered by the Belleville Area District Library.
These introductory computer classes are designed for the absolute beginner.
- Computer Basics I: Introduction to Computers (08/14) - Learn about the various types of computers, computer set-ups, and basic functions, and get lots of practice using the keyboard and mouse
- Computer Basics II: Windows (08/28) - Learn how to navigate the computer’s desktop, explore available computer programs, and create and organize files.
- Computer Basics III: The Internet (09/11) - Learn about the Internet and some tips and tricks for effectively searching the Internet using the various popular search engines.
- Computer Basics IV: Email (09/25) - Patrons will be introduced to some of the popular email services, the basic components of email, and how to use them effectively.
