Annual Horse Show Event to raise funds for the Fulps Memorial Scholarship. Fort Dalles Junior Riders who are also graduating seniors can apply for a college scholarship from the Fulps Memorial Scholarship Fund which is replenished each year by entry fees from this horse show.There is a $1500 scholarship and a $1000 scholarship (to the runner-up)
