Join Kiwanis of West Volusia for our inaugural Doggy Derby at Earl Brown Park October 25 from 9am - 1 pm.  You can enter your pup in a derby race based on size, costume contest or doggy owner look alike contest.  The SPCA will be there to do low cost shot clinic and nail trims.
