Tuesday, December 2nd, 12-1:30pm and Wednesday, December 3rd, 6-7:30pm is Conversation and Community: A Grief Series, Coping with Grief at the Holiday at RHSHC
The holidays can be hard even when you're not grieving. Whether you're missing someone who died yesterday or several years ago, the holidays can be painful. Join us for 45 minutes of practical ideas and tips to navigate the holidays with coping strategies, ways to set yourself up for success, and more.
