From Chicago, Charles is a retired federal employee with over 37 years of government service and was in the United States Air Force for 25 years retired in 2007. He also worked for the Federal Aviation Administration for 25 years retired and moved to Las Vegas in 2020 and began pursuing his life long love of music at that time.
