Nominations open for Centerstone ‘Life;Story’ Champion Award
Do you know someone making a difference in mental health? Consider nominating them for the Centerstone Life;Story Champion Award, which honors an Illinoisan who has positively impacted mental health in their community.
Nominees may be educators, advocates, or changemakers who have raised awareness, fought stigma, encouraged others to seek help, or contributed to systemic change through their community, business, or organization.
Winners and finalists will be recognized at the Life;Story 5K Run/Walk Saturday, September 6 at Ray Fosse Park in Marion, IL. The race starts at 7AM, followed by the award ceremony.
“Centerstone’s Life;Story 5K not only raises awareness and funds for suicide prevention—it reminds us that every life, every story, matters,” said Anne Tyree, regional CEO of Centerstone Illinois. Go HERE for more information about Life;Story.
