Bank of Belleville Welcomes Brett Schroeder as Business Development Banker
Bank of Belleville recently announced the addition of Brett Schroeder to its growing team. Schroeder joins the bank as a business development banker, bringing more than a decade of experience in technology sales and a passion for relationship-building rooted in community values.Schroeder has built a successful career in technology sales with two locally owned, family-run companies serving Southern Illinois and the Metro East region. Over the past 14 years, he has worked with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large organizations, helping them identify the right solutions to meet their goals.

A Clinton County native, Schroeder’s commitment to service is deeply personal. Influenced by his mother’s 25-year teaching career and his father’s dedication to volunteering, he is proud to carry that legacy forward. Outside the office, he coaches his daughter’s softball team, volunteers at his church’s annual picnic, and plans to become active with the Mascoutah Athletic Club.
Professionally, Schroeder is especially enthusiastic about helping local, family-owned businesses thrive. “I know how much pride and effort goes into running a small business, and I want to be a difference-maker, someone they can count on,” he said.
