To celebrate, Holly Bluff will host a ribbon-cutting and houseboat unveiling on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM, in partnership with the DeLand & Greater West Volusia Chamber of Commerce. For more than 30 years, houseboat rentals from Holly Bluff have been a gateway to exploring Florida's beautiful St. Johns River. Guests receive a Captain's lesson and full orientation before they set sail — or they can simply relax dockside. With a 50-mile cruising range, families can visit numerous iconic destinations in Central Florida. Now, under the leadership of Florida natives and lifelong boaters, Tim and Kassie Miller, the marina is embarking on an exciting new chapter.
